Saw it Sunday.

I personally liked it...everyone I went with liked it as well. BUT, they said they liked the first two better than the third one.

Honestly, I can't choose a favorite. Trinity has a lil more humor in it thanks to Van Wilder, I mean Ryan Renolds.

But if you're a fan of any of the previous 2 Blade movies, then this is definitely a must see.

And the action in Trinity is awesome, as expected :)

I liked the first best followed by the second. This just felt too low-budget to me. It seemed to lose the mysticism the vampires had in the previous movies. I gave it a C

Underworld was a lot better, the vampires felt more authentic in it.

yeah gotta agree with ya on that one man. Although the Vampires in Blade 1 and 2 definitely help create the theme, the ones in the third were just so so.

Triple H did have some bling in his fangs tho lol :eww

I own the game, and have the real scoop.

Its not a sequel to the movie, but however, a sequel to another game.

In Japan, they released The Goonies, and it was also a video game. It never made it to American shores.

Goonies 2, the game, is actually a sequel to that Japanese game, and this one actually made it to american shores.

And I am a HUGE fan of the "Blade" series. And I don't mean that I'm a really large guy who likes the way ‘Snipes looks with sharp teeth, I think the Blade films have been some of the best comic to film adaptations to date. They always retained the integrity of the comic without sacrificing its true nature to appeal to the masses.. that is until now.

This movie had NO depth. The story was very, VERY bland and lacked the darkness and interest level fused into the other two scripts. It almost seemed like the production crew hired some over paid public relations schmuck to go out and find out what all the hip kids are into today. They then took his findings which he gathered from MTV, Disney and TBS, and forcefully stuffed this movie with a Glad bag filled with about 2 1/2 tons of crap. This movie was overflowing with crap, I think I stepped on some of it on the way back to the theatre parking lot. The premise started off in a very misleading fashion. When I discovered that they were going to attempt to bring the OG vampire back, I was well prepared for a nether-world based, post apocalyptic, undead minion infested, galactic fabric shattering face off that would upset the time/space continuum. Instead, I get a located in Hollywood cat and mouse game filled with cheesy one liners. And what the hell was up with all of those wannabe music video-esque, slo-mo glamour shots of the characters ever so elegantly walking down the boulevard?!?!?!? I didn't know if I was watching a film about the undead, or somehow was misguided into a viewing of the Style channels' latest runway show...

Yes, I do think Underworld was a better film than 'Trinity. So much less comprimising. And was far superior in the way the story was written, and how the plot was developed and carried out.

I'm not going to go into much more detail about how this movie is arrogantly ripping everyone a new one by trying to convince that this is the way that the phenomenal "Blade" saga should end. This was insulting. Why isn't there an "F" on that poll selector? Hey, if there was an "L" or even a "Q" I probably check one of those. Needless to say I was highly disappointed.

Iv seen to many movies that WERENT that good. I finally decided to watch them at home.
Considering the PRICe of a movie anymore, I will ASK my friends before I BUY anything.
Or rent the ones I WANTEd to see.

I would have LOVED "I Robot" to be based on the Asimov story line..
