Very nice unit.
Price wise, ya couldnt MAKE it cheaper, by a LONG shot.
Would make a good BASe for a multimedia unit. Install a TV tuner in it, and this could BEAT everything on the market.

Only one concern, with the Linux. Is it upgradeable. firewall protection? hate to see a virus in this.

I have to agree with ECA, this is a very nice unit. I wouuld love to have one of these for my house. Not sure about the Linux part, but hey, it should still be good. Granted if you have a firewall on your homenetwork, you should be ok. Granted if you don't keep up on that, then yes you could be screwed.

I believe they push updates down to it. Hopefully that includes OS updates.

But i have seen Linux, change, and DROP drivers.. If the company cant keep up with the changes, this could be a LONE boat in a LARGE ocean, and worth NOTHING, unless you keep the older version OS.
