Got the scoop from PDABuzz.com and got the link Right Here (http://forums.pdabuzz.net/showthread.php?threadid=43448)

It seems that Microsoft has their eyes set on gaining foot on the low-end consumer market.

When I heard about Dell's $199 device, I thought that was going to be the lowest one out there..but *bam*...here comes one set at $150.
But I wonder how stripped down this device will actually be. Cause if they take a lot away from the device, it might not be worth paying the $150 for.
Just my thoughts though :)

Haha, funny that you just posted that. I just added the news to the front page of Designtechnica.

Don't PocketPCs come with 32mb of memory? I could not imagine this OS running on anything less. I have a PocketPC phone edition and 32mb barely seems like enough.

lol 32MB never seems like it's enough :D

The only one that I can think of that comes with less than 32mb is Casio's EM-500, that comes with 16mb

Does that run the PocketPC OS too?

Yes sir! They were discountinued a few years back though, and they had the MMC expansion slot. I remember earlier this year I saw some new ones every once in awhile hovering around $160ish
