Can you convert Atrac3+ to MP3?

I have some problems with using Atrac3+ files at the moemnt (see another thread!) and just wondered if there's a way to convert them to MP3?

I can convert the other way but not back again......

You can write the tracks out to CD and re-rip. That's it.
