If you dont have it or are now clean of it Download SpywareBlaster (if you havent allready)

On the left click tools, then click Custom blocking. Add name type in ietlbass.dll
add CLSIP type in {4C1B116F-2860-46db-8E6C-B4BFC4DFD683}
including parenthesis.
then click the protect against checked items button.
