Download and run LSPFIX

O10 - Winsock hijackers

What to do:
It's best to fix these using LSPFix from Cexx.org, Note that 'unknown' files in the LSP stack will not be fixed by HijackThis, for safety issues

http://www.cexx.org/lspfix.htm

O10 - Unknown file in Winsock LSP: c:\windows\system32\aklsp.dll
O10 - Unknown file in Winsock LSP: c:\windows\system32\aklsp.dll
O10 - Unknown file in Winsock LSP: c:\windows\system32\aklsp.dll
O10 - Unknown file in Winsock LSP: c:\windows\system32\aklsp.dll

VERY IMPORTANT

DELETE THE FILE aklsp.dll ONLY

See if he can get on the internet after that.

Still has other problems here..........Jim

From what I've seen, this board is the best for this problem. Its kind of complicated.

Here is a post by Blender, She seems to be the expert on it. You may be able to fix it by reading these posts.
