Real Rhapsody's "Free Trial" scam is a shameless rip off. First of all, you can't just click a link and fill out a form to cancel the free trial. No, you have to call during business hours to cancel.
I've been on hold for over two hours waiting to cancel. Fortunately I work from home so I have all the time in the world to waste waiting for these nitwits to answer but I can't imagine someone in an office having the time to wait over two hours for someone to pick up the phone. So if you want to cancel... well, essentially you can't cancel!

Click on cancel, though, and after you are forced to furnish a reason, you get a page that says, "We are sorry you want to cancel. Please call us at 1-888-768-3248 to cancel your subscription." Why go through the charade of making me think I am getting out, only to pull away the football when I am ready to punt? This should be real easy--sign up online, cancel online. Real? Nope. Phony as they come.

Cons: I tried connecting a supposedly compatible Samsung/Napster device. After freezing the program for over an hour (more than once), I decided to contact their "tech support." Tech support seems to be well meaning individuals from India who send you scripted responses, even at the escalated level 2 support layer.
