another hijack.. can anyone help please?

Machine hijackjed by ...res://C:\WINDOWS\System32\shdoclc.dll/navcancl.htm..

System mechanic 5 and Norton antivirus not helped.
Have downloaded hijack this and obtained list of scan results.
Unsure of what to check to fix! Can anyone help please.

Download Spybot, AdAware, Hijack This (Links Above)

Delete what they find, Remove cookies, Temporary Internet files,Empty Recycle Bin, then post a new log on the message board , thanks..........Jim :vivi
