trojan virus ietlbass.dll

Can anyone help me as I have this virus called ietlbass.dll and I have not got a glue how to get rid of it. I have tried Norton it recognises it but will not let me delete it. I am not that clued up on computers. Any help will be well appreciated

Download Spybot, AdAware, Hijack This (Links Above)


On Adaware and Spybot Delete what they find, Remove cookies, Temporary Internet files,Empty Recycle Bin,

Then scan with HijackThis. Save log to desktop, Copy and Paste log to message board.........Jim
