Download Spybot, AdAware (Links Above)
Delete what they find, Remove cookies, Temporary Internet files,Empty Recycle Bin, then post a new log, thanks..........Jim

I have zonelarm pro, but somehow it forgets the settings I leave, for example, now allways asks if I let explorer to access internet, even thought I switch the allways remember setting. Any clue??

Reboot To Safe Mode (tap F8 on Startup)
Place a check next to each of these and click Fix Checked.

Glad I could help Paul, Best thing to do to keep your computer clean is to Run and Update Adaware and Spybot at least once a week to keep it clean.
Update SpywareBlaster once a week Enable all Protection and let it run in the background.

I use Norton on mine, AVG is a good free one. ECA loves it. Also Download SpywareBlaster for prevention.
AVG,ADaware,Spybot,SpywareBlaster(Links below) all good programs we recommend.

I tried AVG in the Laptop and works well, in the PC I tried to but the performance was not so good, so I put it off.

HOME network and connecting to the NEt are 2 differetn things...
1 computer can Hook direct to the NET useing 1 line.
2 computers need a router/hub/server to connect to 1 internet connection.
A cheap server is a 486/pentium with Linux and a SERVER network card..

AV, and anti bot? well, I aint seen anything thats been more then 80-90% effective.
the problem comes with NEWER bots.. They only work 1 time, when you start you computer. They ADD 1-4 things then Shut off and hide. They dont Augment other programs, they generally, dont change any files, ALL they do is add STUFF to the reg, and run away. thats what makes then a PAIN to stop..
