Way too many Pop-ups 4 me!!

Hi, I've read previous forums and downloaded and ran both Adaware and Spybot. Then downloaded HijackThis and below is my log. Hope you can help, thanks a bunch!!!!!!!

You need to kill this one first.

O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [kalvsys] C:\windows\system32\kalvplv32.exe

Heres how:

Go to Safe Mode (F8 on startup)
You need to do a search on your computer and look for any files where the first 4 letters begin with KALV

kalvplv32.exe


may be several on your computer.

When you find these files you need to rename them. You need to remove the exe and replace it with the name old so the file looks like this


kalvplv32.exe

(The Files may not have plv They can be any 3 letters but the first 4 letters are always KALV)

If it works, you can go back to safe mode, and search "*.OLD" And delete those files. Empty Recycle Bin. Reboot and post a new log.........Jim

Also Run these programs before you post a new log..

AVG AntiVirus (If you have Norton Antivirus run it instead, If not use AVG)
ADaware
SpyBot

Delete or quarantine what they find then do the KALV fix in the previous post,delete temporary files, cookies, Empty Recycle BIN


Then post a new log.

Okay I did the KALV search first (since I read your first email) and it found 23 files, deleted them all.

Rna Norton Antivirus-Full System Scan, by the way I still got 4 pop-ups during this, and it detected 29 at risk files of which only deleted 5...don't know why.

Ran Adaware and found 146 critical objects, deleted them all.

Ran Spybot and found 5 problems, fixed them all.

I emptied recycled bin, deleted cookies and temp files. When I redid the KALV search in Safe Mode there were 0 results. Does that mean I am okay now? Here's my new log after all of the above steps:

Reboot to Safe Mode, delete this one, It wasnt on your last log so I'm guessing it reloaded on here somehow.

I did the above steps in Safe Mode. AdAware found 40 Objects (28 critical and 12 negligible) and I deleted them all. Spybot found 4 entries and I also deleted those. Here's my new log:
