Vodafone K.K. releases Vodafone 802N 3G handset
New model lets customers voice to their picture messages!
Vodafone K.K. today announces that, as part of its new 3G lineup, it will commence sales of the Vodafone 802N handset by NEC on 4 February in the Kanto-Koshin region, with other regions following on February 5.
The Vodafone 802N offers exciting imaging features, such as Picture Voice® for adding voice to photos and Chance Capture®, which lets customers film video at length and then save 1 minute* retroactively to capture the perfect moment. Since the 802N takes full advantage of the Vodafone 3G mail service, pictures or videos of up to 300KB in size can be retouched on the handset and then easily sent off as Sha-mail picture messages or Movie Sha-mail video messages.
*Saving capacity differs according to settings and image details.
The main features of the Vodafone 802N are as follows:
