my pc has been running slower than ever with so many pop ups, it was fine until i was looking at cars at cardomain.com, then i had a certain pop-up with a set-up wizard and i turned off the pc now its slower than ever, so i decided to get some programs, heres what i have, SCAN SPYWARE, NOADWARE, CCLEANER, TWEAKNOW REGCLEANER, SPYWARE BLASTER, HIJACK THIS, ANTIVIR XP, WINPATROL, SURECLEAN, POP-UP STOPPER PRO AND GOOGLE TOOLBAR. oh and winpatrol came up with the following start ups.........urklec.exe,farmmext.exe,archive.exe,ju sched.exe, jaycpj.exe, tftpsrv.exe(qs7h36x), winpatrol.exe, avgnt.exe,realsched.exe,tcpund3d.exe, catsrvut.exe, ypager.exe, tnsl.exe, popupstopper.exe, srclean.exe, osa.exe and reader_sl.exe, PLEASE HELP!!!!!!!!!!

Do you have antivirus on here?

Reboot To Safe Mode (tap F8 on Startup)

Delete these Files and or folders

C:\Program Files\Archive\archive.exe
C:\windows\system32\jaycpj.exe
C:\WINDOWS\System32\tcpund3d.exe
C:\Documents and Settings\Steve and Lissa\Application Data\tnsl.exe
C:\Program Files\CxtPls\CxtPls.exe
C:\WINDOWS\system32\w?nlogon.exe (has to have question mark.if theres no question mark leave it alone.)
C:\WINDOWS\System32\catsrvut.exe

Still In Safe Mode Place a check next to each of these and click Fix Checked.

Still In Safe Mode Delete all Temporary Internet Files, Cookies, Do a Defrag on your C Drive, Empty recycle bin.

Start/All Programs/Accessories/System Tools/Disc Defragment

The ones in Bold Keep. Some of the others, We dont reccomend here Uninstall them if you want.

The Log looks good.Run and Update Adaware and Spybot at least once a week to keep it clean.
Update SpywareBlaster once a week Enable all Protection and let it run in the background.........Jim :vivi

Thanks so much, I have been trying to fix PC's with similiar problems like mine for a few years now and all i come up with is formatting the hard drive and re-installing windows, Your the Best, thanks,
