Hello everyone.
First, sorry about my bad english.

Ihave this problem: every time i open windows explorer, my start site has gone and instead I keep getting this site:
res://C:\WINDOWS\System32\shdoclc.dll/navcancl.htm.
I also can't access some pages (yahoo, google...).
I've run SpyBot and Ad-aware and they fixed some problems, but when I run them again there are the same problems again.
I also removed cookies and Temporary Internet files.
I tried in safe mode with HijackThis to fix these two problems:

R0 - HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main,Start Page = http://default.home
R0 - HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main,Start Page = http://default.home

But after reboot when I run HijackThis again there are these two registry entries again.

This is my HijackThis log:

That should do it unless it reloads.

Download Spybot, AdAware, SpywareBlaster(Links Above) for Prevention.

Run and Update Adaware and Spybot at least once a week to keep it clean.
Update SpywareBlaster once a week Enable all Protection and let it run in the background.........Jim :vivi

Download Spybot, AdAware, Hijack This (Links Above)

On Adaware and Spybot Delete what they find, Remove cookies, Temporary Internet files,Empty Recycle Bin,

Then scan with HijackThis. Save log to desktop, Copy and Paste log to message board.........Jim
