Problem with Yp-35

Hi,

I have the yp-35 for more than one year but since two months I have a serious problem.
I once used the way to clean the yp drive by formatting with the yp option.(not via computer).
After that the caption "PLEASE REFORMAT" occurs everytime I switch it on.
Of course I tried to reformat the yp several times but the computer cannot get access to the yp.
It is strange that the usb drive was found at the workstation but there is no way to get access to it.
I tried it also with different pc but it never works.
And throughout the yp menu it doesn't work either.
I also tried the yepp studio but there is the same problem.

Any suggestions what I could do more?
I would be glad if anyone could help me out!!!

have you tried MY COMPUTER..
right click the device and select format...make sure its the proper format(NTFS DONT WORK) its either fat or fat32..

Well, the problem is, when I try to reformat, nothing happens. The same thing happened on another computer.

Have you tried updating the firmware?

hmmm,
Have you checked the USB driver, have you changed it or the bios??
