well whenever i start my computer some times there will be a lot of exlamtion points at the loding screen and at the windows 2000 screen it has a couple orange lines going down i thinks its my vid card, its a nviadia quadro 2 pro and i have a dell prescison desk top help?

check your psu. my vidcard baked out when my psu was dying; a friend's pc is also having the same problems after swapping hdd/vidcard/mobo. i mentioned the psu and he's going to try that next.
