I am posting this out of utter frustration with Apple and/or their public relations firm. I have never seen marketing this bad. We have asked multiple times for review units from Apple to review here on Designtechnica, but each time it has been like pulling teeth to get one. I literally had to write an e-mail to corporate Apple telling them how dumb they are, in order to get an iMac. Now we are asking for a G4 Titanium notebook and they said no, because they are too tight on review units. How the heck is anyone going to know about your product if you won't get the word out!? If you only target Apple related websites, then sure you will probably get a good review, but only those that like Apple computers in the first place will actually hear about Apple's products!
Do a search on the net and see how many Apple products you actually see reviewed. Ask yourself if those publications had to buy the products or if Apple sent them the products.
Shame on you Apple for having good products but terrible marketing, this is why you struggle the way you do.
