Whatever anybody does do not buy from WAREHOUSE123.COM. I bought some headphones and did not like them. It has been over two weeks now and I still can't get an RMA out of them. Trying to get a response is like trying to pull your own teeth out. I don't think it should be this difficult. Anyone else experience this problem.

I've had experience with their customer service. It's been a good experience.

The last time was for some EX81's I owned for about 2 months. I started picking up static anytime the wires moved. I sent them to warehouse123, and they sent me a brand new pair within 2 weeks.
