APPLE'S staff friendly image took another bashing this week when a former VP went to court claiming he had been fired for looking sick at work.
According to documents found by MacCentral Tim Bucher, Apple's former senior vice president of Macintosh Hardware Engineering, is suing the company for termination without cause.
The court documents said that Bucher was fired because of a "perception that he suffered from a disability."
Ok that is just weird. Plus he didn't get stock options he was owed it sounds like?
