View Full Version : Creative Zen Micro somewhat a corrupted sound.

After two to three weeks of my Zen Micro, the sound got messed up as I turned my headphone plug thingy. The sound got screwed up, like sometimes the bass went away, other times the voice or intrumental went away. I'm not exactly sure if it's the headphones or the mp3 player. Someone help please?

Maybe try updating the firmware or reformatting the unit?

have you tried another set of headphones and maybe some different content?

Well the head phones that came with the zen micro, broke a few days ago and I had just bought these headphones about a week and a half ago. Also I the headphones and mp3 player on different headphones and mp3s. I couldn't tell if it was either the mp3 player or head phones. I'll try reformattiing and/or updating the firmware, but thx

Would I have a chance of getting it refunded for a different kind of mp3 player close to the amount of gb the Zen Micro can hold?

If so, what mp3 player would you recommend around the price of $200-$250?
