If you're playing some of the newer games, you definately want to a128mb card, or you will just get smoked.
But when you OC...make sure you cool that beast as well.

I wonder if it is the same chip running at the same clock speed, out of the box? If RAM is the only difference than does it matter if what you want to do is overclock? No because your not overclocking your RAM. More RAM is not going to help your clockspeed on the graphic card, but rather just allow you to store more game display data for quick access and storage.
