Dell vs Sony Monitor?

I just got a new dell computer, Now I need the monitor. I'm looking at a Dell P1130 21" or the
Sony CPD G520P 21". Which one is better? I know there are both Trinitrons.

Never used either one.. Are they both flat screens? Is there a big price difference?
