Sorry, what dipswitch settings are you referring to here? The mainboard of the laptop?

Yes, I am looking for the dipswitch positions for the mainboard. I have a motherboard, that I believe the dipswitches have been moved on. The board has one set of 10 switches on it.

Okay my KDS 671dp Valiant was running, but with a bad inverter. I had it hooked up to an external monitor. I turned it off and the next time I went to turn it on all that would happen is cdrom would light up and hard drive and fans would spin. No display. Does anyone know the proper DIPSWITCH SETTINGS on the mainboard for this laptop? I tried the bootstrap method of troubleshooting the problem. I took everything off including ram and processor. After this the laptop would turn on but still no beep code or display to external monitor and the fan stopped working. This is strange because it worked before the processor and ram were taken out to test the board. So if anyone knows the Dipswitch settings and has any ideas that would be great.
