For some time now I have been adding song files to my iHP-140 (mostly WMA format) by connecting it to my PC and right-click/copying the files into it from the PC's main drive, without any problem.
However, just recently the display screen on the iHP-140 has stopped updating the number of songs contained in it even though I have continued to put them in; and when I open it as an E-drive on my PC, the most recently added songs ARE there and can be played - so there are now some 200 songs that I can play from the iHP via my PC, but I cannot even find when played as standalone! They are not in any separate folder either, and there is plenty of storage capacity left.
There may be a perfectly simple explanation staring me in the face - any ideas??
