We've just finished taking a look at the Thermaltake Hardcano 8 VR, which is Thermaltake's new rheobus.

Snip:
"The Hardcano 8 VR is the most recent addition to the Hardcano line, but rather than taking the form of a HD Cooler or LCD like previous versions, it is instead a rheobus. For those that don't know, a rheobus allows you to control the noise by simply turning a dial, which then adjusts the voltage supplied to the attached fan."

Is VR like the model number or something?? Also wtf does rheobus mean or what is it?

It sounds like a system bus made by a bunch of greek computer engineers. It's all greek to me, err I mean geek.
