Big Problem with hdd120!! HELP has died

i wanted put into the hdd one file of 4gb so i have format it in NTFS in windows from my computer (not quick but complete format) now the pc cant see it says unkown usb device :-( and i cant power on hdd120 player....is a tragedy!! HELP please

how i can restore it in fat 32?

well there is sometimes the option in the windows format thing to format in fat32, but youll probably find a freeware program which will do so. You will also need the files on the hdd that are required for it to run. these may be available on the cd.
