I've had the HDD070 since November 2004. Then the software was the Philips DMM, fairly slow but it worked. It found all the music I had saved on RealPayer and saved it perfectly.
Then a few weeks back, I wanted to update the jukebox with more music but an error message came up saying part of the DMM was missing and to re-install. I couldn't find the disc, and a friend who works for Philips in Dublin said that "Music Match" was the way to go, and the update could be downloaded direct from Philips.com.
It has been the biggest curse. While MusicMatch, lke DMM retrieved all the tracksfrom my hard drive it is very slow and does not save anything to the player. Under "All Tracks" it says "no track found" on the screen.
Any suggestions anybody?
