ive had the player now for 3 months, and it has errored before it just froze with no screen display but i sent it in got a new replacement, and now its faulty again.
This time when i turn it on a message comes on saying *problem! please connect to computer* which at least i have display this time, so what do i do to fix it? i connect it to the computer but nothing happens.. i can use jukebox to add and remove songs still, but the player still has the message when i remove it from the pc, ive tried to restore factory settings with no progress.
any help is appreciated

isnt there a reset sequence of keys u can press?

i dont think its the same combination as on my hdd120. but it should say in ur manual if u havent tried this

all else fails u could send it back again :dunno

ive reset it many times and it still has the error message when i turn it on again, i guess ill have to return it again.
