so i bought one of these yesterday, and all was great until i tried to connect it to my computer! I'm by no means computer illiterate, but i just can't get the system to recognize the device. i get the same message every time i connect (USB device Not Recognized). I've been to the MPIO support site, but all their option don't seem to work. I've read that some devices have issues with service pack 2, and that the driver needs to be updated. But when i try to download the driver from the site, it downloads a different utility instead, one that doesn't have the file i need
any help??!?
