All we can talk about is the Butterfly. What about the Company Behind the blue Butterfly?I Recently had MSN Dial up and was always getting Disconnected.I Upgrated to DSL with this Company. When I Ordered it They told me that there was no need to cancel my Dial up. That they would do it for me. a month later I noticed they charged me for Dial up. the month after that they charged me again for dial up. Two days later they charged me for DSL . I called them to let them aware of their mistake. they promised me two months credit for my dial up and a month credit for my DSL. I haven't seen any of it!!!The promise for the dial up had been made a month ago. and the promise for the DSL was two week's ago I am just wondering what makes this Company so great.am I one in a million that they have done this to. is this how they make their money. is cheating people out of money???By the way I cancelled my Internet with them.I don't think they are an Honest Company. and I will not Deal with a Company like that...!!!!!!!

Good for you. I'm glad to hear that you have chosen something different. I hope that they eventually refund your money. As with all large corporations it can be very hard to get what you want. Customer Service usually goes down the bigger the company gets. I had major problems with Ameritech DSL and as a result I try to steer everyone FAR FAR away from their service. Get cable through your TV company.

Sending M$ a letter would be helpful for them. Also look for a MSNsucks site to post your story too. Always helpful to try and get the word out. Maybe you should also rate their service on CNET, including your story.

Ugh, sorry to hear about your problems with them. But I'm definately glad that you got away from'em!
Sounds like a big headache :(

I think alot of times decisions are made, that are not too honest or ethical as long as it will save the company money or make the person look good. It isn't right, but I'm sure it happens. We have plenty of recent examples where large companies made bad moves as a result of leadership decisions.

This is certainly not the case because their job is to provide good customer service.
