Is there a program out there to help with the creation of CSS style sheets? I am starting to learn them for school but am getting really agrivated with the constant save/reload of the damn page. I was using dreamweaver for a wile to play with thier templates untill my trial period ran out. I really liked the instant results of work that an IDE provides.
You might want to try Eclipse (http://www.eclipse.org/). It's a universal IDE originally developed by IBM but released as open source. It has a ton of plugins so you can use it for java, php, css, html, etc, etc etc.

Their downloads page doesn't seem to want to work in firefox for some reason. But I found that this link will work if you click on it directly to downloads page.
