I have an E398 no longer working. I was looking through photos when the screen had frozen showing only multicoloured lines. pressing buttons didn't do anything so i removed the battery. after replacing the battery the phone would no longer turn on... maybe the battery had gone? I tried to charge the phone but no charging icon would show. I bought a new battery and this didn't solve the problem. a phone shop said that i may need to have the software reinstalled.
does anyone know of anything i can do?
