Please please help i got a Philips MP# player awhile ago well i was deleting some files off of it to put sum new music on cuz i was leaving for North Caralina and i did it the night before i left and after i put the music on it turned it on and i got the page with the ! in it nd in the boko and on philips website it said to hook up the power cord and the UBS to the mp3 player and computer and it would bring up DMM and reformat it and when i tried to reformat it from My Computer it said can not complete reformatting and i tried it in all the format and nothings worked please please help me
