Nomad Muvo formatting error

I've had my muvo for over 2 years. I'm pretty sure this is just a software issue. When I try to open my formatting program i get the message "formatting requires administrator rights". I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling software, updating the software from creative and still nothing. I didn't change any adminstrative rules on my computer before this happened. If anyone knows why this is happening and/or knows what I can do to get the program running again I'd greatly appriciate your help.
