HDD120 Track Listing

I've recently purchased the HDD120 and I am pretty happy with it.
One snag with it is the track listing -everytime I upload an album or a number of tracks, the HDD places them it it's own order and not the running order of the album.

I've used MP3tag to ID3 tag them before loading them with Sveta or HDDtool.

I've flashed the firmware to the current version and installed DMM v2.2.

Any ideas before I pull the rest of my hair out???

One thing I have started doing when prepping files to load onto the player is I put the track number in front of the song title in the ID3 tag.

So the first track on an album will look like this in the ID3 song title field:
01 - First Song on Album

The second track would say this:
02 - Second Song on Album

Tried that through mp3tag. Track number were loaed up in with title, but still out of sequence.

Any ideas. I've reformatted drive (again) but still probs

I think it puts them in reverse order when you load them onto the player, which is insane. If you desperately need to fix it, there is a solution, albeit a time-consuming one. Download Winamp (unless you already have it, of course) and use the ID3 tag editing in Winamp before loading up DMM. You can set the track number there, and the HDD will play them in the correct order if that data's entered.

It's a bit stupid that the DMM software will let you edit the year data in the tag (because, y'know, that's VITAL info) but not the track number. Just another place where it falls down, really :(
