you might consider setting the music on 1 channel, and the voise on the other...that way we can CUT the music, if we wish.

turn down the volume abit..Or teach your male counterpart HOw to speak into a mic(and not spit into it)
You might consider dubbing it in AFTEr you make the cast, as then you can watch the volume levels better..

WOW.. well thanks for the suggestions. The broadcasts are edited with all of the ehnancements like sound normilizing and other enhancements --that make it a little better than the orginal broadcast.

So do you know how to record so the tracks can be seperated?

WELL,
recording in Stereo, is 2 channels...
you can record on 1, and then DUbb to the 2nd...

stereo has 2 channels..
A left and a right...
You can record the Voice on 1 side and the music on the other..
