Just plain using Creative Nomad

I have difficulties in using my Creative Nomad. I can press the little wheel thingy and get a menu of icons, and I can see the 'skip track' icon and I cannot get any further. How do I skip a trick please someone?

I don't really understand the question. You can see the :nest track" buttons, but you are not sure how to use them?
