i checked and saw one person referring to this problem i have ,of simply not being able to get usb pick up of this camcorder on my xp os pc ( or a laptop where the software would not even complete an installation ) i downloaded the latest sony driver off their site and followed instructions still nothing at all , xp does not even find a camcorder connected . has anyone any idea how i can solve this please ?
