Try deleteing them in Safe Mode(Tap F8 on Startup).........Jim
may have to:
CTRL ALT DELETE, TASK MANAGER...
And find any files that are being used, FIRST...
END PROCESS that program..
THEn delete it..

the same thing happened with me and a program I got from...(don't hit me) file sharing. I have tried running safe mode, selective startup, ending processes in the ctrl alt del menu, nothing works, it still can't be deleted. here's my hijack this log:

I dont see much here
http://forums.designtechnica.com/showthread.php?t=5583
Download Microsoft AntiSpyware,Spybot, AdAware, Hijack This (Links Above)
You may want to print this out
Unplug the internet from your computer
Reboot To Safe Mode (tap F8 on Startup)
Open up Hijack This and Place a check next to each of these and click Fix Checked.
R0 - HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main,Local Page = C:\WINDOWS\PCHealth\HelpCtr\System\panels\blank.ht m
R0 - HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main,Local Page = C:\WINDOWS\PCHealth\HelpCtr\System\panels\blank.ht m
Still In Safe Mode Delete all Temporary Internet Files, Cookies, Run Microsoft antiSpyware, AdAware and Spybot ,delete what they find , Empty recycle bin.
Plug the internet back in and Reboot to normal mode and post a new log..........Jim
whats the file and its location??
Whats probably happening is that you kill it, and WHEN you reset another prog, RELOADS it, then the reloader stops running and hides.
Goto sysinternals and look at there programs, there is one, that will LOG your WHOLE startup(takes awhile to load), asn we can go threw that, you you can read it...FIND the ABOVe prog, and see what is LOADING it.
