HDD 120 Problem

Hi, I have a problem with the HDD 120, when I turn it on an exclamation mark comes up on the screen and I cant get passed it.

The unit is not working in any way.

I haven't dropped it or anything, any suggestions.

I had the same problem earlier today.
All I did was go onto the Philips site and download the latest firmware, then upload it in DMM.
