MPIO HD-300 Problems

While I was Uploading my music on my MPIO HD-300 an error occoured (a bad File name or something like that :dunno ). After this my MPIO HD-300 stopped working I can't get through the MIPO start up screen it freezes!! And when I connect it to the computer it dosn't read it it sayes Mass storage device connected but it doesn't read it :dunno . Then I started looking on the internet if there was a solution the MPIO service client doesn't respond :eww ....Looking on the internet I sow that the HD-300 wasn't reconised by Windows Xp SP2 so I thought that that could be the problem but I can't find any download link of the driver!! :dunno Could anyone help me out???

All I can say is that I returned my MPIO player to DigitalWay and had them fix it.

Yes i went to the shop and they said that they didn't find the problem. An other problem is that I've changed counrty and so the shop ain't the same any more how can I send it back??

Well I bought mine directly from DigitalWAY so if you bought it else where you'd have to check with that stores return policy.
