Help please!!! (creative zen micro)

i recently purchased a creatve zen micro and, over a couple of days, put around 10 albums onto/into it. (sorry, not very good with technical talk). however, after having it for about two weeks, it says everytime i try to rip a new cd, that the cd rom does not support the ripping format. what does this mean and how can i "fix" it? any help at all please!!

one more thing, does anyone know how to enter contact, task, calendar details?

Are you using the Creative software for ripping your CD's? Does it give you the error on multiple CD's or just the one? If its just the one, it could be copy protected.
