Looks like a tough one here :eww ,What is all this plastechsource stuff?(in green) If you dont know what it is delete with the rest.

Reboot To Safe Mode (tap F8 on Startup)

Delete this file

C:\WINDOWS\System32\upznln.exe

Still In Safe Mode Open up Hijack This and Place a check next to each of these and click Fix Checked.

The trouble program you mentioned is still there...upznln. Cant be removed, computer tacks it as a protected file!! Suggestions?

How long have you had this problem? Perhaps try a System Restore to a date approx 2 weeks before you had this problem. Sometimes a System restore will work on some of these problems.

Start/All Programs/Accessories/System tools/System Restore

After you do a System restore post a new log..........Jim

System restore to 2.5 weeks ago...i still see the problem. I honestly have no clue how long this thing has been around. I haven't been paing to much attention to my register for a while now :dunno

I am stumped on this one. I did a little research and found a guy who says he can fix this problem. The only problem is the person who he was helping decided to reinstall windows before he was able to help.
