hi there,
i have had a problem with my zen micro.
it stopped being detected by my system.even the flash disk mode was showing as corrupt.
i decided to format the player which i did.
now that i want to reload the firmware, i am unable to do so.
it displays as:" your palyer cannot startup properly. lease roboot your system and run this application again"
can someone help me as to what i shoud be doing?
