Hi,
My hdd070 was working fine then when i was transfering tracks it just froze & locked my pc completely. After i restarted i tried to resume what i was doing but couldn't. On musicmatch i get a message saying i need to add a plugin now....i have followed the link but it does not do anything at all. I have removed & reloaded musicmatch on the pc to see if this would fix it but i still get the same thing, it appears to download the plugin but nothing at all happens, it looks like it does not recognise my device. Is this something wrong with my pc, i'm very confused.
Please help i need to get this sorted out urgently...if anyone can help or think they know how to sort it could you give me a step by step guide on what to do.....i am a complete dumbass when it comes to pc's!
