French V3 Bluetooth?

I recently bought my daughter a Black Motorola V3 via the 'net. When it arrived its documentation was in French... no problem, I already had a UK V3 so she could read those manuals.

After a night out with friends she returned home disappointed that her V3 wouldn't talk to any other Bluetooth phone in the bar. We tried to make a connection with my own V3 and sure enough, no connection.

Reading the French manual (badly) there seems to be some kind of comment re Bluetooth inside and outside of France - is she doomed to be toothless?

yep........seems to me you shouldn;t give her one i don't get one and out of anyone in my school i need the most.. Like when i broke my arm at the skatepark had to walk home a mile or when i cracked my chin open had to walk home a mile belleding but my parents insist that skateboarding injuries are my fault not theres and it shouldn't be money out of there pockets
