Please be advised that this so call company is a farse when it comes to customer Service.
First of all, you place your order and they will quickly, I mean quickly, send you an Order number..... Thats their las contact with you.
No other email about the status or your order, no answering their phone( no toll free by the way) no answer to your emails and you will never know if your order is cancelled, shipped, lost or back ordered. They just dont care about you. You are Warned!

Errr... could you provide a web address for their site? The must be about half a million companies with "Surplus Computer" in their name.

I ALWAYS want to contact a company VOICE first..

The web is like a MINE field, there are so many sites that 'AINT THERE' no more, and AUTO reply is standard.. Iv seen sites that have been up and NOT updated for 7+ years... NEVEr cleaned up.
