Help Me!! I'm A Screw Up

Hey there, this is my first post and i desperately need help. i was having some problems uploading some tracks to my HDD 100, so i decided to remove all the tracks and start again. foolishly, i used windows to format my HDD and now i have wiped all the software off it too, is there anything i can do? can anybody help me?! i'm getting desperate, please!

what software are you talking about??
do you mean the file structure that philips ddm software uses, if you do all you have to do is to load up ddm and it will notice the problem and fix it for you when u run the disk checker.

or do you mean the firmware, if you do then just go to this website and download it again
