how come when i plugg my yh-820 into my usb port nothing happens? my computer doesn't even detect it and another question is there another way to add music to the player other than napster u kno in case u dont have internet

What computer you got, how old is it, which OS, and what software are you using???

Hmm try a different USB port. Do other computers detect the Samsung player at all?

You can use Windows Media Player 10 to transfer music to the player so you are not forced to use Samsungs own software.

o ok thnkx for the tip about wm player 10 and yes other computers do detect it when i plug in my ipod it detects it perfect but when i plug in samsung nothing happens

trick with USB,
ALWAYS install driver FIRST...
Then plug device in, and it auto finds it...
If not done properly, you have to remove the drivers, which can be a pain, then reinstall again...THEN plug the device in..
