File Transfer Trouble with Philips HDD084

Hey everyone, first post here! Bought the Philips HDD084 3Gb Mp3 today and have transfered about 10 albums on to it. The problem is that none of the songs appear on the MP3 despite it showing that it only has 2.2GB left. So the files are on there, there just not showing! I have updated all the software and everything and tried all the Philips support I can find, hoping that someone has an idea of whats happening! Am using Windows Media Player to transfer files as the manual tells me to use it, but surely thats not the best program?!? Thanks all!

Hi Greeny,
I did also face the same problem when i first time connected HDD084 3GB Mp3 to my PC,In order to download the music correctly through WMP you should select the "Philips Go Gear" in the Device Window Pane & and not Removable Disk,follow the above steps and let me know if you face any problem.
